Preevees Financial Services is a trading name of Preevees Trading (Pty) Ltd, an authorised financial services provider, FSP 52703. In these terms, “Preevees”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that entity. “You” means a visitor to this website.
2. Acceptance and permitted use
By using this website you accept the version of these terms displayed at the time. You may use the website for lawful, personal and business-information purposes. You may not disrupt the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable volume, misrepresent your identity, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
3. Ownership
The website design, original text, graphics, branding, software and other materials belong to Preevees or their respective licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own non-commercial use. No other licence is granted.

It does not take account of your objectives, financial position, needs, risk profile or existing cover and is not a recommendation, quotation, policy, guarantee or record of advice. Product features, premiums, rewards, eligibility rules and promotions are set by the relevant product provider and may change. Provider terms and policy documents prevail if website information differs from them. Links to third-party websites are supplied for convenience; those websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

When you use a form, email, telephone or WhatsApp link, you agree that we may respond using the contact details and channel you provide. Electronic communications can be delayed, intercepted or incorrectly addressed. Urgent instructions, cancellations, claims or changes to cover should be confirmed with us and the relevant provider.

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. You are responsible for protecting your own device, network and account credentials.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Preevees is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies, or excuses fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend or withdraw website content and revise these terms. Material changes take effect when published unless a later date is stated. Continued use after that date means the revised terms apply.
11. South African law
These terms are governed by South African law. South African courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you have to use a regulator, ombud or other dispute-resolution body.
