1. What we collect
The form may collect your name, phone number, email address, the page and form used, your selected needs or interests, and any message or answer you provide. Please do not enter identity numbers, banking credentials, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information into a general website form.
2. Why we collect it
Preevees Trading (Pty) Ltd, trading as Preevees Financial Services (FSP 52703), uses the information to classify and respond to your enquiry, prepare for a consultation, assess which service or authorised product category may be relevant, and keep a record of your request.
3. How we may contact you
By submitting, you ask and authorise us to respond about that enquiry using telephone, email, WhatsApp or another reasonable electronic channel. This is not blanket consent for unrelated direct marketing. You may ask us to stop non-essential communication at any time.
4. No immediate advice, quotation or cover
A submitted form is an enquiry only. It is not personal financial advice, a quotation, an application, an instruction to cancel existing cover, a binder of insurance, provider acceptance or proof that cover has started. Do not cancel or change existing products until the relevant provider confirms the replacement or change in writing.
5. Accuracy and third-party information
Please provide accurate information and only submit another person’s information if you are authorised to do so. Incomplete or inaccurate information can affect our ability to assist and may affect later advice, underwriting or product outcomes.
6. Storage and delivery
Lead records are stored in our Convex backend. A notification containing the submitted questions and answers is sent to authorised Preevees recipients through Resend. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for the enquiry and related compliance.
